HI Yusuf, WSO2 API Manager has multiple components, those reside in https://github.com/wso2/carbon-apimgt repo. And the product resides in https://github.com/wso2/product-apim repo in Github.
Both are maven project, so you should be able to open in any maven compatible editors. As a side note, for APIM next release which is 2.1.0, You have to use 6.1.x branch of https://github.com/wso2/carbon-apimgt and 2.1.x branch for https://github.com/wso2/product-apim.
