I guess we haven't defined the phase so it will run on deploy / site-deploy phase. Could we move it to compile phase as what Maduranga have pointed in identity-mgt pom.xml. Because usually what we run is mvn clean install. So this plugin wont run locally. I understand that we need this only when we release. But if we identify what we have missed at development time it would be better and easier. WDYT?
