In the latest release of API manager if we try to generate new access tokens before it expired using "password grant type " output is different access tokens with the same refresh token. when checking the database it shows the state is "EXPIRED" of the previous access token.
In earlier releases, if the access token is not expired output was the same access token when trying to generate using the password grant type.
