Thanks for the clarification. I was thinking that it's used at runtime just like <ServerURL> in the same <Environment> element. But got it verified that it's not. I was seeing some weird behavior in login in a deployment I was setting up, thus was thinking about the load balancer URL I had configured in that. But that issue was something else and I sorted it out and made this endpoint setting as expected.
