Hi all,

I have tested the following in both all-in-one and distributed setup:

   - Publisher Access control
   - Open API 2 and 3
   - API Key
   - API Comments
   - Email Username
   - API Store Visibility

No blocking issues were found.

[+] Stable: go ahead and release.
