Mukul Gandhi resolved XALANJ-2648.

Resolution: Fixed
The codebase changes for this implementation have been committed, to xalan-java
repos's branch xalan-j_xslt3.0. Added working XSLT 3.0 test case for this
implementation.
Marking this issue as resolved, for the possible implementation scope as of now.
