Currently, when an XSLT element is specified as following within the stylesheet,
<xsl:output method="xml" indent="yes"/>
XalanJ has a default XML document result indent amount as 0. I've made a minor
change to this, XalanJ implementation configuration, and have made this default
XML document result indent amount as 2. This makes little bit easier to read
visually, the XML document output by XalanJ's XSLT transformer.
I've made this XalanJ codebase change, to both the branches 'master' and
'xalan-j_xslt3.0' on the repos xalan-java.
