Currently, running the Maven build on Linux is producing reasonable
content in
xalan/target/xalan-2.7.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
serializer/target/serializer-2.7.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
If I can believe my tests, the Maven build of xalan and serializer is
showing no regressions in interpreted mode.
There *are* some issues in xsltc mode, probably related to my
jlex->jflex porting. I'll look at those in more detail.
And I still need to check the build on Windows.

Javadocs, samples, xsltc samples, and xalan-test (or xalan-java/test)
still need to be brought under Maven control.
Once this is working, of course, we'll have to consider rebasing the
xslt 3.0 prototypes on this.
As always, if anyone more experience with Maven would be willing to
sanity-check what I've done, I'd appreciate it.
