Description: XPath 3.1 function fn:round, specifies an optional second
parameter for the 'precision'. XPath 1.0 only specified one parameter for this
function. The fix for this jira issue, implements the second parameter for
function fn:round. (was: XPath 3.1 function fn:round, specifies an optional
second argument for 'precision'. XPath 1.0 only had one argument for this
