We have doclet and taglet jarfiles, for which I'm not sure we have the
source. Running a maven javadoc generation without them produces a bunch
of warnings/errors. Quickest way to get this working would probably be
to build a local Maven repository built into our project which carried
versions of these, but doing that without using the "system" cheat (as I
already did in the xsltc samples to handle the brazil dependency) is a
bit hairy. Not going to look at it further right now, but if someone
else wants to wrestle with it, feel free.
