Apologies for all the noise while I make sure I understood the
environment CI was running in and how it had to be changed to do what
was intended... but I believe I now have it running. Edits were made via
the website, so applied directly against xalan-j_2_7_1_maint.
The PR to copy things up to main/master will need to be updated to
reflect these alterations. Probably easier to just drop it and issue a
new PR.
