Maint branch should be created if and when we specially need to fix a
back-level version. We haven't had that need for 2.7.3 yet.

I thought I had pulled this one forward to master. It's certainly possible I
botched it while I was rebooting. And I could swear at least one other change
of yours had been merged forward into master, so I agree you should be listed
as a contributor. Let me see if I can figure out how to fix that.

Please be patient; I am making mistakes as efficiently as I can.

Please check the branch names:
https://github.com/apache/xalan-java/branches/all

Branch like "2.7.3-maint" never existed. I submitted several PRs for
xalan-j_2_7_1_maint (e.g.
https://github.com/apache/xalan-java/pull/9), however my name is not listed at
https://github.com/apache/xalan-java/graphs/contributors
