Xalan-J's dev repos branch xalan-j_xslt3.0 currently has following map and
array function implementations,
map functions : size, keys, contains, get, put, entry, remove, for-each
array functions : size, get, put, append, subarray, remove, insert-before,
head, tail, reverse, join
