Mukul Gandhi resolved XALANJ-2742.

Resolution: Fixed
I'm resolving this issue as fixed.
Xalan-J's git repos branch xalan-j_xslt3.0, has completed implementations of
all XPath 3.1 built-in map and array functions except for functions map:find,
array:flatten. We may implement these two XPath map and array functions little
later.
