As far as I know, the only remaining issues are:
1) The zip files (non git source download) have traditionally dragged in the
separate Xalan-test package; I didn't get around to implementing that detail
before life went sprong.
2) There was discussion of doing one last ant release.
3) I haven't done a release in decades, but I found the instructions for that
so I should be able to make this happen.
Hoping to do it in the next few weeks unless something else unexpected happens.
Can't promise, but.
