Hello Xalan team,
    I've a question.

As per my opinion, Xalan Java XSLT 3.0 development branch, as of this
date has a good enough XSLT 3.0 specification coverage.

Xalan Java XSLT 3.0 implementation, currently passes W3C XSLT 3.0 test
suite with approximately 73% success rate, and has a very good
collection of its own XSLT 3.0 and XPath 3.1 test suite. We've
completed implementation of I think all main features of XSLT 3.0 and
XPath 3.1 specifications. Xalan Java XSLT 3.0 implementation, also
integrates successfully with Java and JavaScript extensions.

Can we consider, Xalan Java project's XSLT 3.0 development effort as
complete? Or, do we need to implement more within Xalan Java XSLT 3.0
project?

Any thoughts, please?
