As dotted names are legal, but confusing, perhaps they should be disallowed in
schemae to be consumed by code-generators, however, Axis is not confused by
these dots, so logged here as a TODO

my first ever from the ground up pom.
iControl-9.2.2/wsdl/GlobalLB.Application.wsdl modified to help xfire not be
confused by soapenc:Array
