I'm using Apache Tomcat 5.5. I wrote a simple java client to test a work
with xfire service using mtom. It work's fine. Unfortunately I can't resolve
my problem by writing client application on java. I intercepted soap
message, that this test-client sent to xfire service. Here it is:

So we having posted different kind of messages and founded out that this
error message appears when http message has no chunks. Java client holds
this:
soapClient.setProperty(HttpTransport.CHUNKING_ENABLED, "true");
and therefore all works fine, but I don't know how to set up chunking in
.Net client.

No, 1.4 should be fine. What application server are you using ? Btw,
did you try to connect to service with other client then .net ? Maybe
try to create java client ( if you have java interfaces from server
side, then its 10 min of work ) and check if comunication works.
