Available services don't show up properly using Internet Explorer

When using internet Explorer to view services a "Page Cannot Be Displayed"
error is thrown becuase there is not enough information output to the browser.
This is a known issue with IE and is explained here:

The fix for this would be to make XFire generate a minimum of 512 characters in
the resuting HTML file.
