NullPointerException while generating webservice from wsdl

XFire crashes if the operations in the binding section don't match the
operations in the port section as shown in the attached wsdl-File. We run into
that issue while doing some rework on a bigger wsdl-File with imported schemas
and it took a big amount of time to figure out what was wrong.
If Xfire's wsgen would produce an error message instead of an
NullPointerException everything would be find.
