The jetty API has changed in some significant ways since jetty. In particular,
the entire HttpServer object is gone. The jetty5 doc is no longer available at
the jetty website. So it's painful to tweak xfire/jetty issues. Moving XFire to
jetty 6 would be an hour's work, and then we could all use the current
documentation.
