One more update.
I changed the WSDL Factory using:
System.setProperty("javax.wsdl.factory.WSDLFactory","com.ibm.wsdl.factory.WSDLFactoryImpl");
Now the cast class exception went away and I see no exceptions on the server,
but the WSDL generation still failed in the middle, just before the
</wsdl:types> element.
Everything works fine in OC4J 10.1.2 no matter what TransformerFactory or
WSDLFactory I use. Very strange...
