Frederic Müller commented on XFIRE-621:
---------------------------------------
I second that. Same would be nice for classes used as services.
In my case I was trying to Spring managers extending DAOSupport as services and
entities as method parameters. Ignoring every member of an inherited class is
quite a mess and even impossible with annotations.
> Add ability to ignore all properties on a bean

> It would be really nice to be able to map only what I want to serialize
> instead of Aegis making assumptions. If I have a bean with 20 fields but
> only want to map 5 of them I have to add an "ignore" to the other 15. Other
> method signatures are forcing me to add ignores as well.
> If I have a "status" field with "isActive", "isPending", etc, I have to add
> ignores to active and pending when they are not even fields.
