Documentation added to Service.doc.xml doesn't appear in generated WSDL.
Debugging showed that documentation is parsed and added to ServiceInfo, however
when WSDLBuilder builds output DOM tree it is lost.
The problem is in line 281 in WSDLBuilder.java. Invoking setNodeValue on
Element doesn't have any affect.
Please see attached patch with fix.
