Hello, few months ago ago, I have created an open source project called FO2ODF. It is available at http://fo2odf.sourceforge.net. As you may guess from the project's name, it can be used for converting XSL FO documents to ODF, i. e. for importing them into OpenOffice or other ODF editors.
Project's implementation is based on XSLT, so among others it can be used as an XML based filter in OpenOffice directly. I realize that there are still some shortcomings mainly related to conversion speed, nevertheless the converter seems to do it's work well in many cases. Nowadays I don't have much time for fixing or enhancing the converter but in the case of interest I would try to find the time. Or of course there is the possibility to let other volunteers work on the converter. So my question is simple - would you be interested? :) Regards -- Petr Bodnar --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
