The issue of why doesn't XmlBeans automatically insert the value for default
elements/attributes when doing .newInstance() has come up several time. While I
think that it's the correct thing to do, I also acknowledge that people seem to
want this behavior as an option, so I am thinking we should add something along
the lines of having a method that will fill up a given XmlObject's fixed and
default fields.
