This is something that has been requested a lot of times by different users, so
I am putting it in JIRA to keep track of it.
Basically, the strong version of this feature would be to use the SAX
LexialHandler.startCDATA() and endCDATA() events to keep this information in
the store so CDATA is preserved.
The weak version of the feature would be to just have an on/off CDATA switch on
XmlOptions.
