I have a working Eclipse plugin that builds Xmlbeans output
using the internal Java routines called by scomp.
I'm not seeing any class loader issues so if you could send
more detail then maybe we can shed some light on it.

I'm a little unfamilair with the terminology here (TCCL ?) but would it be possible for you to explain what you did in a bit more detail ?. We have the same problem in the Eclipse plugin and in the ant task (when run inside maven). One of the guys here is making an Idea plugin and it seems to have the same problem !
