currently there is no code manifestation for a group or attribute group
xmlbeans should be able to generate the interface related to a group, and when
a type includes a group then the java class could implement the interface
Thi allow for the re-used group and attribute group to be re-used in the
generated code
Ideally this could be specified by custom appinfo annotation in the group
