This patch resolves missing dependencies and upgrades Apache Jakarta SQL
Commons to Apache DB DdlUtils. In addition the default schema is generated for
the Derby database. An instance of a Derby database is created in the build/db
directory. The generated files are now created in the build directory so that
'ant clean' deletes all generated code. DdlUtils is still under development. A
snapshot of the jar was built from the current repository and made available on
the internet for ant to download. This patch also updates the sample
documentation.
