Create a slim, runtime jar for XmlBeans

It would seem very useful to have a smaller-footprint XmlBeans jar. This will
require some non-trivial amount of work to make it happen, because currently
there are interdependency among all areas of the product. Maybe a look at the
build.xml file would help sort the dependencies and maybe extract some smaller
jar than doesn't include everything that is present in xbean.jar
