XMLBeans scomp throws error "code too large"

I am trying to run scomp on my schema which import many other schema's. Out of
many schema's one of them is having a size of 1.6 MB.
Below is the error I get when i run scomp. It would be very much helpful if
somebody gives me resolution for this problem.
