Problems generation JavaDocs

While generating the JavaDoc. there are a multitude of errors showing up in the
console. As it turns out, these are not all harmless, because in the end not
all the method documentation ends up in the generated site. See for example
XmlObject.Factory.parse(XMLStreamReader).
