This patch is against version 2.6.0-RC2 (which shows the same failure when building bootstrap for the first time in a clean working directory), but to fix the gump failure, the same changes presumably need to be made against this version or a nearby one: <http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/xmlbeans/branches/1.x/build.xml?view=log> > I don't know how it got on gump.
