The daemon set preemption implementation uses a preemptor called
SimplePreemptor. This is not a name that covers the task. It could also clash
with the new preemption implementation for generic workload inter queue
preemption.
Something like CriticalNodePreemptor or RequiredNodePreemptor would fit better.
