The current rotating gif for the web UI has not been updated in a long time and
shows a really old version that is not accurate anymore.
It needs updating, location:

Referenced in the release repo: branch gh-pages, file /index.md, also used in
the "Get Started" guide as part of the docs [https://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/]
