@prabhjyotsingh Sorry for my late response. Since i think they need to know
the existence of those menus(`Interpretes`, `Configurations` and
`Credentials`), I added `ngToast` error message instead of totally hiding the
menus. See the updated gif images in the PR description. What do you think?
