Not going to pretend I'm an expert on HDFS- here's my use case, and I am
happy to offer further explanation.
I have a [BigInsights
Cloud](http://www-03.ibm.com/software/products/en/ibm-biginsights-on-cloud)
Cluster I set up on IBM [BlueMix ](http://bluemix.net). They have a free
30-day trial if you want to set one up to test.
I hacked on it for about an hour, this was what made it work. Can you tell
me more about what authentication settings you're looking for please? I'm
happy to help, but I don't know enough about it to know how to answer your
question. Further, I can set up a dummy one and provide you creds, but I'd
rather do that non-publicly.
