A new feature to rename note & folder from the main page and REST API.
I will open a PR after merge these two PRs:

[ZEPPELIN-1586|https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/pull/1567]
Required steps:
* Enable note renaming from the main page
* Enable folder renaming from the main page
* Add REST API for renaming note & folder
