Right now zeppelin-web {{mvn package}} runs {{npm install}} and alwasy
downloads\installs PhantomJS with lots of native dependencies, which do not
play nice with non-intel architectures.
As discussed with [~asanjar] - it would be nice to let users build Zeppelin
frontend and skip this headache, if the tests are skipped though {{mvn package
-DskipTests}}
