After paragraph is removed by keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Alt-D, focus is gone and i
have to move mouse and click the next paragraph to get focus and continue to
work.
It'll be nice if focus is moved to next paragraph automatically after paragraph
is removed, so i don't need to touch mouse.
