Zeppelin notebook currently can be run via cron based scheduler or using "Run
all paragraphs" REST api. However most of the time you want to pass some
parameters to your notebook before running all paragraphs. I think it will be
useful if notebook can take external parameters. That way we can call notebook
to run on different dataset and pass other important parameters for modeling
flexibility.
