Summary: why zeppelin only create an spark-submit process for
several users logged in?

When user A make sql query in notebook on zeppelin, zeppelin would create an
spark job by spark-submit. However ,other users have sql queries , he has to
use the same running spark job other than creating new spark job. When so many
users query, it would reduce resource availability and increase query time.
Obviously, this is unreasonable.Naturally, every use should have own
spark-submit job, which can accomplish authority and resource isolation
