We deployed a new Zeppelin build and noticed that we have to refresh notebook
pages to get newly added cells to show up. Note that it works fine when adding
a cell at the very top (before and after the first cell thus). It doesn't work
after a cell already ran before the update.
Adding a cell also throws js error :
