Several issues:
* The default timeout if 30 seconds which might be too slow to spark app when
spark need to download external dependencies (specifying spark.jars.packages)
* There is no clear message in frontend about that this is timeout.
* The timeout property is global level, it is better to set it as interpreter
level.
