## What is this PR for?
To be able to parse SPARK_SUBMIT_OPTIONS which has whitespace in between like
export SPARK_SUBMIT_OPTIONS="$SPARK_SUBMIT_OPTIONS --conf
'spark.driver.extraJavaOptions=-Dcom.example.env=production
-Dcom.example.role=zeppelin'"
