   ### What is this PR for?
   
   The issue is that when interpreter process is shut down abnormally, 
zeppelin-server doesn't know that, and still try to call thrift api. This 
introduce `RemoteCallException` to indicate the calling thrift api exception, 
and would try to get yarn app diagnoiss when this kind of exception happens
