Summary: IR Interpreter fails to init SparkRBackend

Environment: I built it using the `./mvnw clean package` command and
then checked it by starting with `bin/zeppelin-daemon.sh start`.
I have tested this on both the M1 architecture Mac OS and linux/amd64
environments.

When running code using the IR interpreter from [this
commit|https://github.com/apache/zeppelin/commit/fa6e3ee3b83aa5ffc070557780ec111386b8c951],
an error occurs as shown in the attached capture.
