The dropdown menu in the Zeppelin site doesn't work properly while scrolling.
When the scrollbar in menu reaches the end, the UI outside of the menu also
scrolls. I think the external UI shouldn't be affected by the menu's scrolling.
Please check the attached video to see how the issue can be reproduced
