On all version specific docs pages, the ribbon menu on top is not working.
e.g. [https://zeppelin.apache.org/docs/0.10.0/setup/operation/monitoring.html#]

The reason is the loading of external depdencies, which are forbidden by Cross
origin policy. The problematic loads are:
https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.10.2.min.js
https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.2.0/css/font-awesome.min.css
The intro main page is not affected as it loads both assets from a relative
local path
